White Cloud Trails offers twenty spaces for rent at a price of $265 per month plus tax.
All utilities are provided by the city and are billed separately.
Services provided are water, sewer, gas, waste removal, fire, police, cable, phone and emergency service.
As the park is grandfathered by the city, the maximum unit size allowed is 16 x 60.
All units must be owner occupied.
No rentals are allowed.
Units must not be any older than 10 years.
Two small pets are allowed. (not over 40 pounds each)
